Comments: This was a design I'd done in 2009 but never folded satisfactorily. I sent the CP to Ray Schamp, who printed one on elephant hide paper and sent it to Tom, who folded it and entered it in the 2012 Joint Mathematical Meetings art exhibition, where it took second place.
